摘要
目的选择椒目中提取α-亚麻酸的最佳冬化试验条件。方法本文采用正交设计实验,对在冬化工艺中影响椒目中α-亚麻酸含量的因素进行了系统考察。结果以α-亚麻酸含量作为考察指标,影响冬化的主次因素依次为冬化时间>温度>溶剂与混合脂肪酸之比,各因素对α-亚麻酸的提取均有影响;结论冬化最佳工艺条件是混合脂肪酸与乙醇等体积在-10℃下冬化24h。采用该工艺条件重复试验证实,α-亚麻酸的含量可提高到39.90%,出油率可达70%。
AimTo choose optimal conditions for the winterization method of extracting and disconnect α-linoleic acid from bunge pricklyash seed. Methods The factors of separatingα-Linolenic acid from pricklyash seed oil by winterization method are analysed in this article and some optimal parameters are set. Results Taking the content of α-Linolenic acid as the comment for this experiment, every action is effective, ranking as : time 〉 temperature 〉 the percentage of the mixed fatty acid and the dosage of solvent. Conclusion The best condition is the mixed fatty acid: 95% alcoh = 1: 1, 24 hours in -10℃. Duplicate tests of the optimized winterization method show that the content of α-linolenic acid and the yield of oil can reach 39.90% and 70% respectively after winterization.
