食品真空冷冻干燥生产线微机测控系统的研制

DEVELOPMENT OF MICROCOMPUTER MEASURE CONTROL SYSTEM FOR FOOD VACUUM FREEZE DRY PRODUCE LINE

该食品真空冷冻干燥生产线微机测控系统采用１台ＩＰＣ３８６工业控制微机、２台真空仪、１台八点温度检测传感器、３套７５ｋＷ电加热和制冷系统，软件用Ｃ语言开发，采用智能控制算法．该系统使用方便，稳定可靠，对提高食品冻干质量、降低能耗有明显效果。

The characteristic and form of microcomputer measure control system for food vacuum freeze dry produce line is reported.The design method for the system software, hardware and intelligent control is discussed.This system is composed of an IPC 386 computer,two sets of vacuum instrument,eight point temperature measure and three sets of 75 kW electronic heater and cooling system.The software is programed of C language and intelligent control algorithm.The system is convenient to use .It has high reliability.It is useful for raise quality of freeze dry food and save energy.Meanwhile,it accumulated much useful data knowledge base for establish expertsystem.
