摘要
基于酿造白酒自然老熟和人工催熟内在反应变化一致的机理,采用人工催熟白酒可产生较好的经济效益,而运用单片微机控制催熟装置可实现白酒催熟智能化.着眼于白酒酿造的技术改进,提供了白酒催熟装置的控制部分硬。
This paper details strong alcoholic sprits(foods) of interior unanimous function,between natural maturity and hasten man made maturity,discusses economic utility that hasten man made single chip microcomputer control installation of hastening maturity.The helps to realize the intellectualize of maturity of spirits.The contrler's hardware and software is rearched.The mechanism of reactions of natural maturity and hasten man made maturity of spirits is discussed.The economical utility of artificial maturity is manifest.
