单相轴向磁场异步电机的设计与计算

摘要 单相轴向磁场异步电机是近些年发展起来的一种新型特种电机.由于其结构独特、形状扁平,又能获得同功率普通单相异步电机相同的电气性能,因而日益受到人们的重视.但对单相轴向磁场异步电机的研究尚属空白,目前尚无一套公认的磁路和参数计算方法.基于此,借助计算机开发和研制了“单相轴向磁场异步电机CAI系统”,从理论上推出了一套适合单相轴向磁场异步电机的计算公式和方法,包括主要结构的确定、参数计算、磁路计算等内容。 Single phase AFEM(axial field electrical machines) is a new type of motor which is developed recently. Beijing especially in configuration disc and having electronical charteristics same as the convertional single phase machines, the single phase AFEM are paid attention to gradually. There aren't reseach for the machine and there aren't methods in calculation megnetic circuit and perameters until now. For this reason,Acad system for single phase AFEM is developed and studied by means of the computer.A series of calculation formules and new methods which fit to the single phase AFEM are derived in theory. It consists of the main dimesion determination, parameter and magnetic circuit calculation.The results of calculation agree upon practical mesurements.
