A Modest Discussion on the Party’s Basis of Private Capitalistic Economic Policy During the Early Period of New China

建国初期,中国共产党根据马克思主义基本原理、历史经验和本国国情制定了对待私人资本主义经济的基本政策,即利用与限制政策。在这一政策指导下,中国共产党取得了对私人资本主义和平改造的巨大成就,并为以后的社会主义工业化奠定了坚实的基础。研究这一时期党对私人资本主义经济政策的依据,无论在理论上还是在实践上都具有重大意义。本文深入探讨了建国初党对私人资本主义政策的依据,力求通过这种探讨对深刻认识当代中国的经济改革和经济政策有所裨益。

In the early period after the founding of New China, the Communist Party of China worked out the fundamental policy on private capitalistic economy, that is, the employing and restricting policy, according to the basic principles of Marxism, history experience and national conditions. Guided by this policy, Communist Party of China got the great achievement of capitalism peace reforming, and established the solid basis for the socialist industrialization. Studying the basis on private capitalistic economic policy of the Party at that period is still of great importance in practice and theory. This article deeply makes an inquiry into the basis of the Party on private capitalistic policy so as to bring some benefits to the view on the economic reform and economic policy in modem China.
