摘要
电子商务是国民经济和社会信息化的重要组成部分,代表着未来商务的发展方向。电子商务突破了传统的时空观念,缩小了生产、流通、分配、消费之间的差距,提高了物流、资金流、信息流的有效传输和处理,在拓展商务空间、降低成本、提高效率、促进经济贸易发展方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。电子商务的发展既引发经济理论、经济结构、经济增长方式等方面的变革,也带来了商务活动方式和企业生产方式等方面的改变,由此导致消费者、劳动者和投资者商务活动观念的转变。发展电子商务对促进产业结构调整,推动经济增长方式转变,提高国民经济运行质量和效益,形成国民经济发展的新动力,实现经济社会的全面协调可持续发展,都具有十分重要的意义。
