摘要
中国共产党历来重视人才问题。从本质上讲,我们党的人才观与马克思主义人才观是一脉相承的,对此进行研究对于全面贯彻人才兴国战略具有重要的现实意义。
Communist Party of China （CPC） has all along attached importance to the problem of talents, Essentially, the CPC＇s view on talents is coherent with Marxist view on talents. The study on it will be of realistic significance to the comprehensive implementation of the strategy of national rejuvenation through talents.
