西部传统特色产业集群化发展模式及动力机制——以成都武侯鞋业集群为例

Dynamic Mechanism of Traditional Peculiar Industries Clusters in Western China——A Case Study of Shoe Industrial Cluster in Wuhou,Chengdu

国内对产业集群的讨论主要针对东部地区,而对经济欠发达的西部地区的产业集群现象关注较少。产业集群不应该仅仅是经济发达地区产业空间组织的重要形式,而且也应该是欠发达地区产业发展的空间组织形式。本文在讨论产业集群化发展模式的基础上,以成都武侯鞋业集群为例重点讨论西部传统特色产业集群化发展中的动力机制、持续发展面临的挑战以及地方政府的可能作用。

Domestic scholars talked more about the industrial cluster in eastern China than that in underdeveloped western China. Industrial cluster is an important industrial spatial organization form in developed areas as well as in underdeveloped areas. Taking the shoe industrial cluster in Wuhou, Chcngdu, as an example, the paper discusses the developing model of industri- al cluster, and emphasizes the dynamic mechanism of the traditional feature industrial cluster in western China. Furthermore, it indicates the challenges the cluster faces during sustainable development and possible roles of local government.
