80年代以来“丑学”研究述评

Comprehensive Review of the Studies on Uglitics after 1980s

“丑学”作为感性学(aesthetics)的范畴之一,长期被遮蔽在“美学”的阴影之中。80年代以来,随着西方理论的引入和创作界对“丑”之态度的转变,一些文学作品中出现了对丑的大量描写,丑学研究逐渐形成了一股潮流。从80年代初期至90年代初学者们主要研究的是关于丑的本质,丑与美的关系问题,并围绕“以丑为美”和“化丑为美”进行了讨论;90年代中后期以来文论界开始关注文学审丑现象,主要针对先锋文艺中的审丑现象进行了分析。对80年代以来关于丑学理论研究进行分析,能为感性学的现代发展开辟新的道路。能够更好的把握文学的动向,更有利于文学的发展。

Uglitics, as a category of aesthetics, was obstructed in long period time. Since 1980s, along with the Western theory＇s swarming, and changing attitude of creative groups and description to the ugly, uglitic study has gradually become a tide. From the early 1980s to the early 1990s, the scholars studied the essence of the ugly and the relation between the ugly and the beauty, and discussed ＂taking the ugly as the beauty＂ and ＂transforming the ugly into the beauty＂. From the middle and late 1990s, they started to care about the literary aesthetics of the ugly and mainly analyzed the phenomena in the vanguard art. The analysis on the studies on uglitic theory after 1980s can open the way for the development of the modern aesthetics so that we can be clear about the trend of the literature, which is more helpful to the development of the literature.
