提出了机电一体化产品控制系统概念设计的一种方法:首先建立机电一体化产品用户需求模型,然后通过分析产品的功能结构图中的信号流,提出控制系统多种控制方案,最后利用目标评价树的方法来选取最佳的控制方案.在全自动滴丸机概念设计阶段,利用该方法对控制系统进行设计.

This paper presents a methodology for conceptual design method of control system in mechatronics product. first, establishing customer requirements model ofmechatronics product; second, analyzing signal flow of product functional structure for achieving several control project; last, choosing the best control project by objectevaluated tree. In the conceptual design of auto dropping pill machine, using this method to design control system.
