摘要
根据房地产市场调查,建立基于市场竞争力以物业特征为内容的房地产开发方案指标评价体系,以之为标准,对不同开发方案进行量化分析、计算各项物业特征得分及其与理想方案的关联度评价与关联序,由此得出各房地产项目不同方案的评价结果.实践证明此方法是可行的,是指导房产开发方案择优的有效方法.
According to the analysis of the real estate market, building an appraise system on the competition for the market based on the real estate exploitation index in the characteristic of the real property. Based on it, we make the analysis of quantification in different exploitation scheme, and the degree of association between the course account for each characteristic of real property and the realistic scheme. From this, we can find the appraise conclusion of the each plan of the real estate. In the practice, this idea is feasible and effective of the guidance for choosing the best of the real estate exploitation scheme.
