摘要
本文首先介绍了中国电信集团和各省公司在技术创新方面所做的工作及目前取得的初步进展和成绩,然后进一步分析了中国电信技术创新面临的形势和要求,最后提出了中国电信技术创新的目标和战略。
This paper introduced the progress and achievement of China Telecom and fihale in technology innovation firstly, then analyzed the challenge and requirement. At last, the target and strategy of China Telecom in technology innovation is given.
