Studies on the Core Competence Evaluation Index System and Methods of China Telecom Firms

本文运用核心竞争力的基本理论,在分析电信运营企业核心竞争力内涵和特征的基础上,提出核心竞争力的评价体系,采用层次分析法构建评价核心竞争力的模型,并进行实证分析。

Based on the basic theory of the core competence, this paper proposes an evaluation index system for China telecom finns by analyzing the connation and essential characters of the core competence of China telecom firms. A model, that assesses the core competence of China telecom finns, is established by applying analytic hierarchy process （AHP）. Some empirical analysis has been used.
