摘要
总结了目前文献中关于EBOM、PPBOM、MBOM三者关系的论述,提出了一种面向批量生产的扩展制造BOM视图-e-MBOM视图,并基于企业生产实际给出了e-MBOM的定义。根据定义,e-MBOM将生产准备阶段和生产执行阶段涉及到的数据信息进行统一组织与管理,并在此基础上提出数据视图空间定义。根据数据视图空间的定义将生产数据划分为生产准备数据和生产执行数据,并研究了生产准备数据到生产执行数据的映射关系。最后给出了工厂应用实例。
An extended manufacturing BOM （e-MBOM） the relationship among EBOM. PPBOM and was proposed based on the discussion about MBOM, and it＇ s definition was given ground on the reality of manufacturing. In e-MBOM the data involved in the whole manufactural process was organized uniformly, and the definition of data view spaces was proposed. Based on this definition, the manufactural data was divided into manufacturing-preparation data ＆ manufacturing-execution data, and the mapping relationship between these two kinds data was discussed. Finally, an instance of application in a factory was given.
