摘要
介绍了宝钢集团南通钢铁有限公司全连轧棒材线自动控制系统的基本结构,包括系统通信及基本控制原理。同时介绍了PLC的系统配置和应用软件的功能。该系统运行稳定,取得了较好的经济效益。
This paper introduce automatic control system and its system structure for the bar continuous mill of nantong iron ＆ steel co.,Itd of bao-steel group. It includes system communication and basic control methods. At the same time ,the system configuration and application software of PLC are explained.The system circulates stably,getting better economic performance.
