摘要
煅烧是无机盐生产过程中的重要工序,其设备选择优劣直接影响最终产品质量、能耗大小及成本高低。重点介绍气烧立窑、并流蓄热立窑等直燃式煅烧窑,以及旋流动态煅烧炉、干法及湿法供料的悬浮煅烧窑、间接或直接供热式回转煅烧窑、悬浮与回转相结合煅烧窑等新型煅烧窑的基本原理、结构及优点,从而达到提升无机盐生产装置水平的目的。
Calcination is an important working procedure in the production of inorganic chemicals. The selection of equipment will directly affect the quality of products, consumption of energy and the cost. With the purpose of improving the level of inorganic chemical production equipments, this paper focuses on introducing the basic principles structures and advantages of such new-type calcining kilns as :the direct heating calcining kilns (i. e. gas -burning stand kiln and parallel flow heat - storage stand - kiln etc. ) , revolve flow dynamic calcining kiln, suspending calcining kiln ( feeded by dry method and wet method), direct or indirect heating rotary calcining kiln and suspending -rotary combined calcining kiln etc..
