硝酸镁法生产浓硝酸的加热器改造 被引量:2

摘要 鲁光化工厂在浓硝酸的生产过程中,由于原生产工艺及其提浓的主要设备之一硝酸镁加热器的设计和制作工艺不合理,导致硝酸镁加热器在生产过程中腐蚀严重,运行周期短,致使该厂浓硝酸的生产消耗居高不下,生产成本严重高出其他生产厂家,大大降低了该厂浓硝酸的市场竞争力。为了改变这种被动局面,对该厂原硝酸镁加热器及相关工艺进行了有针对性的分析研究,进行了相应的改进,使该厂浓硝酸在生产过程中的消耗有了明显的降低,大大提升了该厂浓硝酸在市场上的竞争力,取得了可观的经济效益和社会效益。 Due to the irrationality of the design and manufacturing process of the original production process and one of the main enriching equipments Mg ( NO3 ) 2 heater of the Luguang Chemical Factory, the Mg ( NO3 ) 2 heater was eroded badly during the production. The running cycle of the heater was shorten and thus the consumption of nitric acid production always stayed at the very high level. Therefore, the factory lost its position in competing with other manufacturers owe to the excessively high production cost. In order to change the situation,the special analysis and research have been made on the Mg(NO3)2 heater and the relative processes and corresponding improvements have been carried out. Through the improvement, the consumption dropped down obviously and the products of this factory became more competitive. The considerable economic and social benefit have been achieved consequently.
