摘要
在工程实际中,常常存在隔振器的刚度中心与其承载的质量中心不重合的情况,从而对隔振系统的抗冲击性能造成一定的影响。本文针对某船柴油机组的隔振系统分别在柴油机纵向和横向偏移情况下,运用ANSYS软件建立了有限元模型,计算分析比较了隔振系统受到基础冲击下机组的位移和加速度响应值,得到一些有意义的结论,对工程实际运用具有一定的参考价值。
In engineering practice, the vibration isolator's stiffness center can generally not be coincident with the load center. The shock resistance performance of the vibration isolation system will then be affected. By using the software ANSYS, the finite element model of the vibration isolation system is built with the diesel engine offsetting in longitudinal and lateral direction separately. The displacement and acceleration response of the device is calculated with a shock exerting on the fundation of the vibration isolation system. Some significant conclusions are obtained which are valuable to the engineering application.
