摘要 在对TIG电弧钎焊过程中钎料液滴铺展、润湿试验研究的基础上,建立了钎料液滴在满足受重力、表面张力以及电弧压力等作用下的控制方程和边界条件,并将其转化为有限容积方程,最后利用PHOENICS软件的SIMPLEST算法计算得出钎料液滴内部的流场行为,并通过与常规的TIG焊熔池的流场行为进行对比的方法进行了分析,以此来更好地理解钎料液滴自由表面的演化规律及其最终成型。 Based on the experimental research on the filler metal spreading and the wetting behavior in arc brazing process ,the governing equations and the boundary conditions of the filler metal droplets under the actions of gravity, surface tension and the arc pressure are conducted. Then the finite volume equations are transformed and deduced. The flow behavior in the filler metal droplet is analyzed by using SIMPLEST algorithm of PHOENICS code. By comparison with the usual TIG weld pool, the flow behavior is discussed. The simulation is useful in understanding the free surface evolving behavior and the final profile of the filler metal droplet in the arc brazing.
