玛咖多糖含量的测定 被引量:20

摘要 用水提醇沉法从玛咖块根粉末中提取了玛咖多糖,Sevage法脱蛋白。玛咖多糖含量用硫酸-苯酚法测定,测定波长为490nm,正交试验设计选择得到玛咖多糖的最佳显色条件。在10 ̄60μg/mL范围内吸光度与被测物含量呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998。测得多糖含量为2.55%,精密度为0.52%。结果表明该方法准确度好、灵敏度高。 The polysacchadde in the maca filtrate was extracted by water and precipitated with ethanol. The protein was excised by Sevage method. The content of maca polysacchadde was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid colodmetry. The optimum reaction condition was chosen by orthogonal experimentations. Wavelength for measure was 490nm. Good lineadty ranged from 10-60μg/mL, r=0.9998. The content of maca polysaccharide was 2.55% with 0.52% RSD(n=6). The method was simple and rapid.
