摘要
基于接触碰撞理论,建立了火箭武器发射过程中弹管接触碰撞的多体动力学模型,该碰撞模型充分考虑了影响碰撞刚度和阻尼的因素,尤其是碰撞速度较高时速度对碰撞刚度的影响不能忽略。通过仿真计算,获得了通过一般试验方法较难测试到的碰撞接触力及火箭弹在管内的复杂运动情况。仿真结果为火箭武器的设计和分析提供了一定的参考价值。
Based on contact-impact theory, the multi-body dynamic model of contact-impact between rocket and launch tube in the firing process was built. In this model, influencing impact stiffness and damp factors were considered. Especially, influencing stiffness factor in high speed collision can't be neglected. In the simulation, contact force and complicated movement of rocket in the firing process not to be measured were obtained. The results provide valuable preferences for design and analysis of rocket weapon.
