摘要
目的:通过质控样品的检测验证优化后全血铅检测方法的精密度和准确度。方法:全血标本经10%硝酸酸化,与基体改进剂同时进样,采用石墨炉原子化器原子化和Zem an效应背景校正,测量吸收峰面积,通过标准工作曲线得出血铅值,同时检测全血标本和质控样品。结果:优化后的处理条件检测质控样品结果满意。结论:本实验中对血铅检测条件的优化合理。
Objective :To testify veracity and precision for improved determination method of pb in whole blood sample with detection of quality control sample. Methods:Acidified by adding 10% nitric acid, after centrifugalization and separation the blood sample was injected with matrix modifiers together, using graphite furnance to atomize sample and zeeman effect to correct the disturbance of background, getting the area of pb absorption, the result of whole blood pb was found in calibration curve, analysing quality contral sample while measuring the pb level of the whole blood sample. Results:The results were satisfied by using improved preparing steps to determine quality control sample. Conclusion: The improved measuring conditions for detection of blood pb are reasonable.
