气相色谱法测定土壤、蔬菜和水果中硫丹类农药残留 被引量:5

Determination of endosulfan pesticides in soil,vegetable and fruit by gas chromatography

摘要 目的:测定土壤、蔬菜和水果中5种硫丹类农药残留。方法:应用毛细管气相色谱法,程序升温,μ-ECD检测器,外标法定量。结果:该法线性范围为0.001~0.1μg/ml,在此浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,方法的检出限为0.394~1.330μg/kg,测定的回收率为64%~106%,相对标准偏差〈14%。结论:所建立的方法简便、快速、灵敏度高,并具有良好的精密度与准确度。 Objective:To determine the endosulfan pesticides residue in soil, vegetable and fruit by gas chromatography. Methods:Programmed temperature capillary gas chromatography equipped with μ- ECD and external reference method were applied for the determination. Results:The method recovery was 64% - 106%, the RSD 〈 1.4%, and the detection limit 0. 394 - 1. 330 μg/kg. Conclusion :The described method for determination of endosulfan pesticide residue is simple, fast and of high sensitivity and with satisfied precision and accuracy.
