摘要 目的:为减小实验误差,提高检测结果精确度,评定菌落总数的不确定度。方法:分析样品中菌落总数不确定度的来源,采用合并样本标准差的方法来评定菌落总数的不确定度。结果:测量结果表明扩展不确定度为0.046%,适合于每一个样本的检测结果。结论:方法简便,适合于每一个样本的检验结果,随着检验结果的不断增加,可随时加入到合并样本中,重新计算合并样本标准差,更新其不确定度的取值范围。 Objective: Measurement uncertainty is to describe the result of suspicious quantification. This study was to decrease experimental error and increase accuracy. Methods:The source of measurement uncertainty of the colony determination in fishmeal was analyzed and the method of uniting standard deviation was applied to determine the uncertainty of the colony. Results:The result shows that the expand uncertainty was 0. 046% and the method was fit for all kinds of samples results. Conclusion:The method is easy and fit for all kinds of sample results. Complicating sample standard deviation must be calculated again when more resuits are added, and the extent of uncertainty has to be renewed.
