摘要
目的:了解吉林省高危食品中沙门菌、单核细胞增生李斯特菌、肠出血性大肠杆菌(O157:H7)、弯曲菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、副溶血弧菌的污染状况,提高我省乃至我国食源性疾病的检测、预警和控制能力,有效地预防、预测食源性疾病的爆发。方法:依据国家食源性疾病监测网2006年度工作手册进行。结果:检测生畜肉、生禽肉、非定型包装熟肉制品、动物性水产品、蔬菜、速冻面米食品、非发酵豆制品共625件,检出沙门菌97株,检出率15.52%;单核细胞增生李斯特菌84株,检出率13.44%;大肠杆菌O157:H7 9株,检出率2.5%;金黄色葡萄球菌9株,检出率13.4%;副溶血弧菌3株,检出率3%;未检出弯曲菌。结论:吉林省居民主要消费食品存在食源性致病菌污染,其中生肉速冻生制面米食品品种污染较重,另外熟肉制品、蔬菜色拉、非发酵豆制品等即食食品也有不同程度的污染。
Objective:To master the condition of the food polluted by bacterium such as Salmonella,Listeria monocytogenes, E. coli O157 : 117, Campylibacter, Staphylococcus aureus and V. parahaemolyticus. To improve test, early warning and control ability, effectively prevent and forecast the break out of foodborne zoonoses. Methods: According to the workbook of 2006 foodbone zoonoses surveillance network. Results :Test fresh pork, fresh chicken, meat of non - finalize the design, aquatic product, vegetables, quick - freeze rice, non - ferment bean products, in total 625 samples 9 strains of Salmonella; 84 strains of Listeria monocytogenes, 9 srains of E. coli O157 : H7 ; 9 strains of Staphylococcus aureus ; 3 strains of V. parahaemolyticus were found in the 625 sampies. Campylibacter was not found. Conclusion: Bacterium could cause foodborne zoonoses. Fresh meat and quick - freezed rice were badly polluted ,besides, some cooked meat, vegetables, salad and non -ferment bean were also contaminated.
