游泳池水中弧菌科病原菌的调查研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:为了解室内游泳池中弧菌科病原菌的分布情况,预防和控制病原菌在游泳池中的传播流行。方法:采用碱性胨水增菌、TCBS平板分离和系统生化鉴定分离病原菌。并对分离到的菌株进行小白鼠毒力试验及药敏试验。结果:60份游泳池水中有25份水样检出了弧菌科病原菌,其中以嗜水气单胞菌为优势菌,其次为温和气单胞菌与非O1群霍乱弧菌。小白鼠毒力试验等证明了这些菌株都具一定的毒力。药敏试验结果表明这些弧菌科细菌存在一定的耐药现象,特别是对羟氨苄青霉素100%耐药,且嗜水气单胞菌、非O1群霍乱弧菌对头孢噻吩、头孢西丁也100%耐药。结论:弧菌科病原菌在室内游泳池水中具有较高的检出率。常规方法结合病原菌分析,能综合评价游泳池水的卫生状况。 Objectives:This study was conducted to understand the distribution of pathogenic bacteria of Vibrionaceae in indoor swimming pool. Methods:Pathogenic bacteria of Vibrionaceae was increased by alkaline peptone water, separated by TCBS slab and identified by biochemical system. Toxicity to white mouse test and medicine sensitivity test for pathogenic bacteria of Vibrionaceae was conducted. Results : Samples in 25 of 60 of swimming pool water had the pathogenic bacteria of Vibrionaceae, in which the advantage bacteria was aeromonas hydrophila, secondly ,were aeromonas sobria and Non_01 Vibrio cholerae. Toxicity to white mouse test showed that some pathogenic bacteria of Vibrionaceae had a certain toxicity. Medicine sensitivity test showed that some pathogenic bacteria of Vibrionaceae had phenomenon of drug resistance, especially, the resistance rate to amoxicillin was 100% , and the resistance rates of aeromonas sobria and Non_01 Vibrio cholerae to cefalotin and cefoxitin were 100%. Conclusion:Pathogenic bacteria of Vibrionaceae had high detection rate in indoor swimming pool. The sanitation quality can be comprehensively assessed by conventional methods and analysis of pathogens in indoor swimming pool.
