摘要
目的:了解新疆生产建设兵团居民食用盐含碘状况,为制定消除碘缺乏病防治策略提供科学依据。方法:采用“按人口比例概率抽样方法(pps)”抽样,对居民食用碘盐监测结果进行分析。结果:检测食盐876份,居民户碘盐覆盖率98.4%,碘盐合格率98.2%,合格碘盐食用率96.7%,非碘盐率1.6%。结论:兵团居民户碘盐合格率总体上已经达到标准要求,但仍然有部分团场存在非碘盐,应加强综合干预措施和健康促进来提高合格碘盐食用率。
Objective.To know the current situation of edible salt at house hold iodized level in Xinjiang production and construction corps and provide basis for making scientific program. Methods:By population proportion sampling (PPS), we monitored the result to analyze household's edible iodized salt. Results. A total of 876 samples of edible salts were tested randomly on a household basis. Household's iodized salt coverage rate was 98.4%, the qualification rate of iodized salt was 98.2% , the edible rate of qualified iodized salt was 96. 7%, non- iodized salt was 1.6%. Conclusion: The rates of qualified iodized salt reach the national standard of eliminating IDD, but non - iodized salt exists in southern part of xinjiang. Therefore, purification of edible salt market and health promotion through comprehensive intervention activities should be further strengthened.
