河南省医学检验人员生物安全防护知识的调查分析

Survey of biosafe protection knowledge in medical lab staff in Henan Province

目的：了解医学检验人员对生物安全防护知识掌握情况。方法：对来自全省不同地区，不同级别医院、血站、防疫站的116名在职学习的医学检验专业专升本学生进行了问卷调查。结果：在职医学检验人员对医院感染概念、消毒与灭菌技术、职业暴露的处理、实验室废物处理等认知率较高（85．3％～94．8％）。但对检验人员感染的危险因素、实验室生物安全防护、标准预防概念、检验科属几级生物安全防护、哪些操作可产生气溶胶、哪些操作应在生物安全柜中进行等认知率较低（64．6％～82．7％）。结论：在职人员对生物安全防护认识有待加强，应加大检验人员培训力度，增强生物安全意识、强化职业防护能力、提高实验室安全管理水平。

Objective ：To study medical lab staff mastering the biosafe protection knowledge. Methods ：In hospitals, blood stations and epidemic - prevention stations of different levels, 116 medical staff, who are engaged in clinic identification, and as undergrads from special couse of study ,were investigated by using questionnaires on defferent regions in our province. Results：The majority （ 85. 3% - 94. 8% ） were clear to hospital infection, disinfection and sterilization, processing occupation exposition, correct disposal of operation waste, and so on, but 64. 6% - 82. 7% of medical identifying staff grasped less on the concrete protection knowledge such as infected risk factor, the biosafe protection and its graduation, the standard precaution concept, which operation creating gas dispersoid, and the use of biosafe cabinet. Conclusion：The medical lab staff should enhance the biosafe protection knowledge learning to take the responsibility and set up the offensive prevention idea reliably for the clinical raise in the qualified protection capability.
