社会主义新农村建设是党中央提出的全面建设农村的一项重大举措。要实现新农村政治、经济、文化全面发展的目标,农村基层党组织不仅要成为农村先进生产力、先进文化的代表,还要实现和维护好广大农民的根本利益。因此,在工作中,农村基层党组织就必须坚持实事求是的思想路线,坚持“三个文明”一起抓的方针,坚持以人为本的科学发展观。

Construction of New Socialist Countryside is an important policy proposed by the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party. To obtain its political, economic and cultural goal, the grassroots party organization should not only become the representative of the advanced productivity and culture of the countryside, it should also realize and safeguard the fundamental interests of peasants. So, in its work, the grassroots party organization in the countryside should be practical and realistic, should pay equal attention to the ＂three civilizations＂, should adhere to the scientific outlook of development based on man＇s needs.
