跨国啤酒企业在华投资行为探析

摘要 随着中国改革开放的深入,大批跨国公司进入中国啤酒行业进行大规模的投资扩张,但由于其自身的经营战略和中国国内环境因素的影响,他们在中国市场的经营业绩并不理想,很多跨国啤酒企业因亏损而退出。同时,也出现了许多跨国企业撤出中国啤酒市场,随后又重新进入的再投资现象。本文从跨国企业在华啤酒行业投资过程出发,探讨跨国公司在华投资、撤资、再投资的原因。 With the deepening of China's reform and opening, large numbers of multinationals have entered the beer market of China, engaging in large-scale direct investment. But owing to their own operational strategy and China's specific environmental factors, these multinationals' performance is below their expectation. Many brewing companies exited from the beer market of China because of great losses. However, there exists a phenomenon that, sometime later, many of the foreign companies reenter the beer market. This article proceeds from foreign companies'direct investment process to analyze their investment behavior in the beer industry of China as well as the motives of their behavior.
