文化存在于我们生活中。中小学教师无论是从自己的职业发展出发,还是从塑造自己完整的人格方面的需要为目的,都应该用文化来充实自己。文化可以承载这样的功能,教育也应该为丰富文化作贡献。

Culture exists in our life. Primary and high school teachers should arm themselves with culture either for the sake of career planning or for the shaping of perfect character. Culture can carry such a function and education, too, should contribute to the enrichment of culture.
