气中放电辅助修整金刚石砂轮试验的灰色关联分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对在线修整数控光学曲线磨床上的金刚石砂轮时不得使用任何冷却液的要求,提出了一种新型的基于气中放电辅助金刚石砂轮在线修整法,它把气中火花放电修整法和金刚石笔机械修整法有机结合在一起,能实现光学曲线磨床上金刚石砂轮的高效、高精度、低成本和不使用任何冷却液的在线修整。对1A1/T2200×6×20×4MBD3120/140M75型号的砂轮进行了在线修整正交试验,并用灰色关联分析方法考察了影响修整效率、修整后砂轮圆度及砂轮直线度、金刚石笔磨损率4个指标的各种因素的主次,并且就修整深度、电源电压、进给量和放电间隙4个试验因素对以上指标的影响程度进行了研究,结果表明该方法对气中放电辅助修整金刚石砂轮科研工作具有指导意义。 Through combining electrical discharge thermal effects into the process, dry electrical discharge(dry-ECD) assisted truing and dressing opened a new avenue for reducing the wear rates of diamond dressers. Because the diamond wheel was mounted on the optical projection profile numerical control grinding machine, dielectric liquid was forbidden. The new dry-ECD Dressing/Truing method basically eliminated the use of dielectric liquid. A series of dry-ECD assisted orthogonal tests were done on MK9025 CNC optical projection profile grinding machine. The model number of diamond wheel used for truing and dressing was 1A1/T2 200 × 6 × 20 × 4 MBD3120/140 M75. The main synthesis factors such as depth of cut, voltage, feed and electrical discharge gap were studied by grey relational analysis. Preponderant factors analysis system about truing efficiency,wheel radial runout and axial straightness, dresser wear ratio was made using Visual Basic computer program. The system analysis results show that the grey relational analysis is useful and prospective as a novel powerful method in optimization of dry-ECD assisted truing/dressing diamond wheel.
