摘要 为了提高设备维修活动的针对性和有效性,对设备维修活动、部件特性、系统特性以及综合效用函数之间的逻辑关系进行了分析,构造了一种维修优化分析框架。从维修需求和维修目标出发,提出了维修效用函数驱动的多目标维修优化模型,量化分析了维修活动的优化问题。该模型可为维修计划的制定提供决策支持和信息支持。最后用实例对模型进行分析。 To improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the maintenance activities, the logic relations among maintenance activities, part performances, system performances and comprehensive utility function were analyzed, and an analysis framework of maintenance optimization was constructed. In accordance with the requirements and goals of maintenance, a multi-objective maintenance optimization model by utility functions was proposed, and the optimization of maintenance activities was quantitatively analyzed. This model can be used to provide information and decision support for the maintenance plan programming. Finally, an example was given to illuminate the validity of this method.
