摘要 气隙磁场对电机的性能分析十分重要,但是气隙网格的存在使电机磁场后处理计算难以达到满意的精度。采用数值解析结合法计算旋转电机磁场,气隙内无网格,转子可以自由转动,能方便地计算电机感应电动势和电磁转矩,并能容易地找到齿槽定位转矩的最大值,计算精度也相应提高。计算了一台非均匀气隙各相解耦永磁同步电动机的感应电动势和齿槽定位转矩,电动势波形和实验波形取得很好的一致,证明了方法的正确性和有效性。 The magnetic field in air gap is important for machine performance analysis. But the accurate results of finite element post-process are difficultly obtained due to air gap mesh grid. There is no any mesh grid in air gap region when the magnetic field of electric machines is computed by the numerical-analytical method so that the rotor can be freely rotated. The induced EMF and electromagnetic torque including the maximum value of cogging torque can be conveniently calculated. The precision of post process is also enhanced. The EMF and cogging torque of a phase-decoupling PMSM with non-uniform air gap are calculated. The calculated EMF waveform shows good agreement with the measured waveform which proves the proposed method is correct and effective.
