肾细胞癌超声造影与血管生成的相关性研究 被引量:19

摘要 目的探讨肾细胞癌超声造影峰值强度与血管生成的相关性。方法采用对比脉冲序列技术及ACQ定量分析软件,对25例肾细胞癌患者共25个病灶进行超声造影检查并记录超声造影的峰值强度;免疫组织化学方法分析肾细胞癌组织中微血管密度(MVD),比较超声造影峰值强度与MVD之间的相关性。结果肾细胞癌超声造影峰值强度平均为(139.21±17.22)dB;MVD值平均为36.39±10.56,肾细胞癌超声造影峰值强度与MVD之间存在着显著的相关性(r=0.819,P<0.05)。结论肾细胞癌超声造影峰值强度与肿瘤内的血管生成存在显著的相关性,可用于术前评价肾细胞癌的血管生成状况。 Objective To study the peak intensity in contrast ultrasonography of renal cell carcinoma (RCC) and its relationship with angiogenesis. Methods Contrast ultrasonography was done in 25 RCCs and ACQ technique was used to analyze the peak intensity. Immunohistochemistry was performed to evaluate the level of microvessel density (MVD) in RCC. Then the relationship between peak intensity and the level of MVD was analyzed. Results The mean peak intensitiy of RCC was (139.21±17.22) dB. The mean MVD of RCC was 36.39±10. 56. The peak intensity of RCC in contrast uhrasonography has significant relationship with angiogenesis (r=0. 819, P〈0.05). Conclusion Contrast uhrasonography could reflect the MVD in RCC. Then this result suggests that preoperative quantification of angiogenesis can be possible with the help of contrast ultrasonography in RCC.
