抗抑郁及焦虑症辅助治疗对急性冠状动脉综合征患者疗效的观察

The observation of anti-depression and anxiety treatment in patients with acute coronary syndrome

目的探讨抗抑郁药物辅助治疗急性冠状动脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome,ACS)患者的临床疗效。方法选取因ACS伴抑郁症住院的患者120例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各60例,治疗组在常规心血管药物治疗的基础上加用西酞普兰20 mg/d,随访6个月。结果治疗组与对照组比较心绞痛发作次数、程度、持续时间明显减少(P<0.05);治疗组心血管事件发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对ACS伴抑郁、焦虑的患者行抗抑郁和焦虑治疗能改善患者对治疗的反应及预后。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of anti-depression and anxiety treatmem in patients with acute coronary syndrome（ACS）. Methods 120 in-patients in this hospital diagnosed to have ACS with depression were selected. They were divided randomly into two groups, the study group（60 patients） and the control group. The patients of former group were treated with citalopram 20 mg/day on the basis of the conventional treatment.The patients were followed up for 6 months.Results Compared with the control group,the coronary events frequency in the study group decreased significantly. Conclusion Anti-depression and anxiety treatment in ACS can improve the response to treatment and prognosis.
