护理心理干预改善癌症化疗患者心理状况的临床研究

A clinical study on psychological nursing intervention to improve psychological status of patients with advanced cancer undergoing chemotherapy

目的探讨心理护理对癌症中晚期化疗患者焦虑和抑郁情绪的影响。方法将80例癌症中晚期患者随机分为心理护理干预组和对照组。干预组在化疗过程中,除接受基础护理外,还接受心理护理。动态观察比较两组患者在治疗前后SAS和SDS评分。结果化疗后,对照组在化疗后SAS和SDS评分较化疗前增高;干预组SAS评分和SDS评分均低于对照组,尤其以第二次化疗后(P<0.05)和第三次化疗后(P<0.01)更为明显。结论心理护理能够改善癌症中晚期化疗患者焦虑和抑郁情绪,有利于患者的康复。

Objective To explore the effects of psychological nursing on patients with advanced cancer accepting chemotherapy. Method A total of 80 patients were randomized to either psychological nursing intervention group or control group. During chemotherapy, patients of intervention group were given psychological nursing in addition to the basic nursing. SAS and SDS of the two groups before and after chemotherapy were compared continuously. Results After chemotherapy, the SAS and SDS of control group were increased as compared with those before chemotherapy. Both SAS and SDS of intervention group were lower than those of control group, especially after the second （ P 〈 0.05） cycle and the third cycle of chemotherapy （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Psychological nursing can improve the feeling of anxiety and depression of patients with advanced cancer undergoing chemotherapy.
