介绍了京沪高速“3.29”液氯意外泄漏污染事故的应急监测中正确确立气、土、水、植物等环境介质作为监测对象,科学确定氯、氯化氢为监测因子,并因事制宜科学地选择监测方法,为事故处理指挥部迅速正确处理事故提供了优质快速的技术支持。
The seleetnesss of Chlorine emergency monitoring method to 3.29 leakiness aeeiden was introduced. The result and effect was discussed. It has been applied to the dispose the accident with satisfactory results.
