摘要
在市场经济中,经过劳动力商品交换,劳动力进入生产过程,劳动力使用权分离为雇主手里的劳动力支配使用权和劳动者掌握的劳动力直接使用权。在这里,劳动力支配使用权与劳动力直接使用权分属不同的两个经济主体,因而构成生产劳动过程的不可缺少的内容。应建立承认劳动力直接使用权的企业制度,使其参与利润的分享,变资本雇佣劳动为资本与劳动平等共赢的合作劳动,有利于调动劳动者的劳动积极性和创造性,有利于缩小收入分配的差距,实现共同富裕。
In market economy through the exchange of labor commodity, labor enters the process of production and labor access is separated into the power of employers to dominate labor access and the power of laborers to use labor directly. Here the power to dominate labor access and the power to use labor directly belong to two economic agents, and therefore constitute the indispensable contents of production process. The enterprise system that admits the power of laborers to use labor directly should be established to make it share the profit and change capital employing labor into collaborative labor in which capital and labor are equal and win together, which is helpful for mobilizing the enthusiasm and creativity of laborers, shortening the gap in income distribution and realizing common prosperity.
