摘要
人力资本所有者往往选择学习成本较低而收益较高的方向进行学习,这时受教育水平起到一种信号显示的作用,即受教育水平高的人学习成本低、学习能力较强。学习能力较强的人力资本进入企业后,不但能给企业创造新价值,还能节约培训成本,最终使企业的收益增加。所以在进行企业剩余分配的时候,具有学习能力的人力资本收益构成中应包节约成本的部分,而且收益与学习能力成正比。社会、企业和人力资本所有者个人都应该在促进人力资本学习和生产中起到不同的作用。
Human capital owners usually choose the way that leads to the lower cost and higher income. The education level is becoming the signal shows the learning ability, and shows the difference between the different learning abilities. The human capital owners with better learning ability will not only great new value but also save the training cost, and increase the profit of the corporation finally. The enterprises choose human capital thought education level, so the income of human capital with learning ability should contain the part of the saving of the training cost in the enterprise surplus admeasuring.
