本文以我国金融开放为视角,从分析外资银行进入对我国金融资源配置的影响入手,剖析了外资银行进入与建设社会主义新农村的矛盾,最后提出了几点政策建议。

This paper take the finance opening of China as an angle of view, analyzed the influence of finance resources disposition that foreign banks enter China, and analyzed the contradiction between with foreign bank enter China and construction socialism new countryside. Finally put forward some policy proposals.
