益肾汤防治激素副作用临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Side Effect of Glucocorticoid Prevented and Treated by Toninfying Kidney Decoction

目的:观察益肾汤预防和减轻糖皮质激素副作用的效果。方法:106例肾病综合征患者随机分为两组。防治组55例用激素治疗第8天开始隔日服益肾汤,对照组51例只用激素治疗。观察激素治疗8周后阴虚火旺证候积分值和不良反应发生情况。结果:防治组阴虚火旺证候积分值低于对照组(P<0.01),防治组激素不良反应低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:益肾汤能有效拮抗大剂量糖皮质激素的副作用,预防和减少糖皮质激素不良反应的发生。

Objective： To Observe the effect on side effect of glucocorticoid prevanted and alleviated by Tonifying Kidney Decoction. Method： 106 patients of nephrotic syndrome were divided into 2 groups randomly. 55 cases were treated with Tonifying Kidney Decoction every other day after 8 days＇treating with glueocorticoid as the study group while 51 cases were only treated with glueocorticoid as the control group. The score of the syndrome of asthenie yin causing excessive pyrexia and the condition of untoward reaction happening were observed after 8 weeks＇treating with glueocorticoid. Result： The score of the syndrome of asthenie yin causing excessive pyrxia of the study group is lower than that of the control group（p 〈0. 01 ）. The untoward reaction of the tsudy group is less than that of the control group（p 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Tonifying Kidney Decoction has antagonism to the side effect of large dose glueocorticoid effectively and it could prevent and decrease the happening of glueocorticoid＇s untoward reaction.
