红藤方治疗子宫内膜异位症术后复发31例

Relapse after Operation on Endometriosis (31 cases) Treated by Sargentgloryvine Stem Decoction

目的:观察红藤方治疗内异症术后复发的临床疗效。方法:31例内异症术后复发患者,用红藤方治疗3个月经周期,观察临床疗效以及治疗前后患者症状评分、巧克力囊肿体积的变化。结果:痊愈4例,显效7例,有效18例,无效2例,总有效率93.5%。治疗前后症状评分显示少腹胀、腰酸、肛坠、乳胀、月经量多有显著性差异(P<0.01),而冷汗、恶心症状前后无统计学意义(P>0.05);红藤方对术后复发巧克力囊肿体积的改变前后无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:红藤方治疗子宫内膜异位症术后复发有较好的疗效。

Objective： To investigate the clinical curative effect in treating recurrent endometriosis with Chinese herbs. Methods ：31 cases of recurrent endometriosis were collected and cured for three menstrual cycles in order to investigate the symptom scores and the volume of chocolate cyst during treatment. Results： In 31 cases, 4 cases were totally cured during treatment, 7 cases had obvious improvement, 18 cases showed various degree of improvement, while 2 cases had no improvement. The total effective rate was 93.5%. The symptom scores such as the lower abdominal distension, waist soreness, anus prolapsing, breasts distending pain and scanty menstruation showed sig nificant improvement （ P 〈 0. 0 1 ） , while cold sweating and nausea marks had no stafistiacally significance （ P 〉 0. 01 ） ; Caulis Sargentodoxae Fang showed no significant improvement in contracting the volume of chocolate cyst（P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion：Caulis Sargentodoxae Fang had a good therapeutic effect in curing recurrent endometriosis.
