半夏白术天麻汤配合西药治疗偏头痛疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect on Migraine Treated by Pinellia,Atractylops Macrocephalae,and Gastrodia Decoctioin Combined with Western Medicine

目的:用半夏白术天麻汤配合西药常规治疗偏头痛的疗效观察。方法:对160例随机分为两组,治疗组80例用西药加半夏白术天麻汤、对照组80例只用西药治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率93.7%,对照组总有效率77.5%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),且头痛指数、血清β内啡肽和血清神经肽Y指标改善治疗组优于对照组。结论:半夏白术天麻汤配合西药治疗偏头痛疗效满意。

Objective To observe the effect of combination of Pinelliae and Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Gastrodiae Decoction with Western medicine on migraine. Methods 160 migraineurs were dividede into treating group and control group randomly. The treating factors of control group and treating group were routine westert medicine and traditional Chinese medicine （pinelliae and Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Gastrodiae Decoction） plus the former. Results The.effect of treagint group was better than control group, and the ef- fective rate of which were 93.7 % and 77.5 % （ P 〈 0. 05 ） respectively. The results from index of migraine, β endorphine in serum and neuropeptide Y in serum also showed that treating group outweighed control group, conclusion The effect of combination of TCM with western medicine on migraine was preonunced and satisfied.
