As one of the nine knowledge areas of the project management body of knowledge, scope management is of great significance. First, the definition of project scope management and its contents were introduced, as well as interface management; then, the contractor＇s scope management surrounding the contract, such as scope definition, scope control and scope variation management, were discussed.
