摘要
对我国经济适用房的现状和存在现象进行分析,为完善经济适用房政策提出了一些看法和建议。
the paper studies the phenomena of the economical and applicable housing in China. With the analysis of the exposed existing problems, the relevant suggestion is given in order to better the policy.
