摘要
开发了一种新的非导电工程陶瓷电火花磨削工艺,对不导电的Al2O3工程陶瓷进行了加工实验研究,给出了一些非电参数对材料去除率和工件表面粗糙度的影响规律,并进行了理论分析。结果表明,非电参数在该加工工艺中起到举足轻重的作用,设置合理可以大大提高材料去除率,并能改善工件表面质量。
A new electrical discharge grinding method for non-conductive engineering ceramics has been developed. Machining of non-conductive Al2O3 engineering ceramics by this method is researched. effects of some non-electrical parameters on material removal rate and surface roughness of the insulating Al2O3 ceramics workpieces are non-electrical parameters discussed in detail. The results of the experiments reveal that the of workpieces. Much higher MRR and better surface can be obtained by this new electrical discharge grinding method with appropriate selection of these parameters.
