Pretreatment of special corduroy fabric

特殊灯芯绒,如仿平绒类灯芯绒、涤棉类灯芯绒、竹棉类灯芯绒、粘棉类灯芯绒、麻棉类灯芯绒、彩棉灯芯绒和霜花灯芯绒等,由于纤维的组织规格差异,其前处理工艺与常规灯芯绒存在很大差异。文中就各类特殊灯芯绒的前处理工艺进行分析,给出了相应的前处理工艺参数及工艺注意点。

Special corduroy fabrics includes live-velveteen type, polyester-cotton type, bamboo/cotton type, linen/cotton type, rayon/cotton type, colored-cotton type and frosted type. Owing to the special structures and specifications, their pretreatments are different from the traditional one. This paper reviews the pretreatment of various types of corduroy fabrics. Parameters and matters needing attention are put forward.
