摘要 在分析W9Mo3Cr4V钢的化学成分对组织转变影响的基础上,试验研究了不同的热处理工艺,并根据试验结果确定了最佳的处理工艺.这种工艺能在显著提高钢的硬度和热硬性的同时,兼有易于操作和节约能源的优点.用此新钢种替代同类的旧钢种制造高速切削刀具,可获得较大的经济效益. The author analyses the influence of the chemical composition of the steel W9Mo3Cr4V on the transformation of its microstructure and studies and experiments with the different heat -treatment. An optimal process is defined in accordance with the results obtained. By using such process, the hardness, together with the red hardness of the steel, may be increased evidently. In addition,this process is easy to operate and save energy. A greater economic benefit will he achieved by the use of this newly developed steel for making high-speed cutting tools.
