摘要
本文利用Algor FEAS(Finite Element Analysis System)程序对蒸压釜釜体及法兰在考虑实际工况及釜盖自重情况下釜体及法兰的变形进行了计算,计算结果表明釜体法兰工作时每个截面变成了椭圆形,同实际使用情况相符.
This paper deals with the deformation of the boiler flange and boiler body under the boiler shell's weight and working by using Algor FEAS program. The result shows that the boiler flange becomes ellipse in any section and the result corresponds to the practical working condition.
